Canon 7 covering installation guide

1. Remove old coverings and clean up the surface.

2. If you have rubber cement (a kind of glue, you can ask DIY store), I recommend to use rubber cement for strengthen the adhesivity (as red portions of above image).

3. dip a little rubber cement on the paper and paste it to the edge of camera body.

4. apply from Front-Left covering piece.

5. Carefully peel off the skin from the backing paper and lay it out with the adhesive side up. Using a cotton swab or paint brush, apply a liberal sheet of alcohol or tap water to the adhesive. The alcohol (or tap water) delays the adhesion and allows you time to position and adjust the skin.

6. Start positioning the cover by sliding the self timer hole under the self timer lever.

7. Position the hole skin then apply with finger pressure.

8. Then apply Front-Right skin,

9. Apply rear door skin.
