Deutsche Post will never deliver if your name is not on the mailbox or near the doorbell. Please ensure that your name is clearly displayed on the mailbox. If it is not, please attach a sign or sticker with your name on the mailbox.
In Germany, customs clearance of goods incurs customs duties, customs clearance fees, and 19% VAT on the fees (see photo above). If you do not pay these fees, your goods cannot be delivered. Please consider these additional costs when placing your order and decide whether or not to proceed.
